Yes. Leviera Home offers delivery across all Emirates in the UAE.

• Delivery is completely free within Dubai.

• Delivery charges may apply for locations outside Dubai depending on the delivery destination and order requirements.

Do You Deliver to GCC Countries?

Yes. We deliver to GCC countries through trusted cargo and freight partners.

Shipping costs for GCC deliveries are calculated separately based on the destination, shipment size, and weight. Please contact our team for a shipping quotation before placing your order.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Furniture & Made-to-Order Items

Most furniture items are made to order and require production before delivery.

• Estimated production and delivery time: approximately 1 month

• Customized finishes, fabrics, colors, or material selections may require additional time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, material availability, and logistics.

Accessories, Décor, Carpets & Cushions

Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days across the UAE, subject to stock availability.

What Happens If I'm Not Available During Delivery?

If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, a re-delivery fee of AED 200 may apply for arranging a new delivery appointment.

To avoid delays and additional charges, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started on a furniture order, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.

Are Prices Inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices displayed on Leviera Home include 5% UAE VAT.

The price shown on the website is the final price excluding any applicable GCC international shipping charges.
