Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Leviera Home, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• Accessories and décor items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are:
• Unused
• Undamaged
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt
• For hygiene reasons, linens, fabrics, mattresses, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Furniture Orders

• All furniture orders must be fully paid before delivery is scheduled.
• Customized, made-to-order, or specially modified items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
• Furniture that has been delivered, installed, and accepted by the customer cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Delivery

• Customers will be notified of their delivery schedule in advance.
• If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, an additional delivery fee may apply.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer that causes delays or additional costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Damages

• Any damage or defect must be reported immediately upon delivery.
• Once the item has been delivered, installed, and signed for, Leviera Home cannot accept responsibility for claims of damage.

Storage

• Fully paid orders may be stored for up to 30 days from the agreed delivery date.
• Additional storage fees may apply for extended storage periods.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
• Clearance, last-piece, display, and customized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Last-Piece & Clearance Items

• All clearance, display, and last-piece items are sold as-is and are final sale.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
