Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests received within this period will be eligible for a full refund, provided that production or order processing has not commenced.
Many furniture items sold by Leviera Home are manufactured specifically for each customer.
Once production has started, customized, made-to-order, or special-order furniture items cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
This includes orders with customized dimensions, fabrics, finishes, colors, materials, or design modifications.
For eligible ready-made products, cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase will be processed subject to order status and shipment preparation.
Orders that have already been dispatched for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
