Return & Refund

Returns

* All shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
* Customers must keep all original packaging materials for any return request.
* Return shipping fees may apply depending on the item size and weight.
* Assembled items are not eligible for return.
* Sofas and dining tables cannot be returned or exchanged once unpacked.

Damaged or Faulty Items

* Customers must inspect all items within 24 hours of delivery.
* Any damage or defects must be reported by email within 24 hours.
* Original packaging must be kept for all damage claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

Refunds may be issued as:

* Store credit
* Exchange
* Refund to original payment method

Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items

* Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* Pre-order delivery dates are estimated and may occasionally be delayed due to shipping or customs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery charges will not be refunded.
