Return & Exchange

Dear customer, thank you for shopping at LEVIERA INTERIORS FURNITURE.

From January 01, 2018, (5%) VAT will be applicable on the supply of goods.

In the interest of providing you with the best customer service LEVIERA Interiors Furniture has put the following return, refund, and exchange terms and conditions in place

Accessories

LEVIERA has a 14-day refund and or exchange policy subject to the items being:

  1. Unused.
  2. Undamaged.
  3. In its original packaging.
  4. With an original receipt upon the item of refund or exchange

 

Note: for hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped linens, fabrics, or mattresses.

Scheduling

LEVIERA will schedule deliveries upon receipt of full payment. All items purchased by the customer can be put on lien for no more than 3 days and in the event payments are incomplete. The item will be released to the showroom for sale. Cheque payments are subject to clearance.

DELIVERY

LEVIERA will communicate a clear date to its customer via SMS, Email and telephone. In the event that no one is available to accept the items, the items will be returned to LEVIERA, and the customer will bear additional charges of AED200 for the second delivery attempt. Any postponed orders on the part of the customer will bear additional costs based on LIVERA storage fees which are 20% value of the invoice.

Additionally, any misinformation from the customer regarding address and location that add delays in the delivery will be at no fault to LEVIERA INTERIORS FURNITURE.

DAMAGE

LEVIERA will not accept any responsibility for any claims of damages once items have been delivered, installed and signed by the customer.

STORAGE

LEVIERA customers can request storage of purchased items that have been paid in full for a period of maximum 30 days. Items not collected thereafter shall be considered unwanted& will be resold by LEVIERA.under such conditions. LEVIERA can only offer an exchange with NO cash refund.

CANCELLATION

LEVIERA honors cancellations made 24 hours prior to delivery and will make a full refund to its customers. However, any cancellation made on the date of delivery shall be subject to a fee of 20% of the total bill amount. Additionally No cancellation of showroom items that are marked as the last piece.

LAST PIECE ITEMS

CUSTOMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK THEIR LAST PIECE OF ITEMS DISPLAYED IN THE STORE BEFORE PACKING THEM. NO REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE LAST PIECE OF ITEMS THAT ARE REMOVED FROM THE SHOWROOM.

INSTALLATION

LEVIERA accepts no returns, refunds or exchanges once the furniture has been delivered, installed and signed off by the customer.
